Inserting a Diffuser Schedule
This tutorial teaches you how to insert a diffuser schedule on the drawing. You will also learn how to update and modify the schedule.
Open drawing M-0.1.
Insert the Diffuser Schedule

Run the
Insert Diffuser Schedule command. The Edit Diffuser Project Schedule dialog box will open.
Ribbon:DM HVAC→Diffusers→ Insert Diffuser Schedule
Pulldown Menu:DM HVAC→Diffusers→Insert Diffuser Schedule -
Check the ☐ Show Unused Diffusers box.

Press the button to close the dialog box.

Follow the prompts at the command line to insert the diffuser schedule on the drawing.
Update the Diffuser Schedule

Run the
Diffuser Project Schedule command. The Diffuser Project Schedule dialog box will open.

Pulldown Menu:DM HVAC→Diffusers→Diffuser Project Schedule -
Press the button. The New dialog box will open.

Set New Diffuser Callout to CD-3.

Press the button to create the diffuser type.

Press the button to close the dialog box.

Run the
Insert Diffuser Schedule command. The Edit Diffuser Project Schedule dialog box will open.

Press the button to close the dialog box.
The diffuser schedule will be updated in its current location on the drawing.
Modify the Appearance of the Diffuser Schedule

Run the
Insert Diffuser Schedule command. The Edit Diffuser Project Schedule dialog box will open.

Pulldown Menu:DM HVAC→Diffusers→Insert Diffuser Schedule -
Press the button. The Diffuser Schedule (Group General) Label Display and Order dialog box will open.
noteYou may need to resize the dialog box so you can see the whole ☐ Display column.

In the Callout row, set the Label to TYPE.

In the Quantity row, uncheck the ☐ Display box.

Press the button to save the changes to the label settings.

Press the button to close the dialog box.
The diffuser schedule will be updated in its current location on the drawing.
