Try Our New Chatbot!

The chatbot below has been trained on the ElectroBIM documentation to assist with any questions you have about the software.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

For best results, follow these guidelines when interacting with the chatbot.
  • Have a conversation. AI-powered chatbots are not search engines. Just like talking to a person, questions that are phrased naturally are more likely to get the kind of answer you're expecting.
    • Bad example: "breaker size"
    • Good example: "How do I manually set the size for a circuit breaker?"
  • Be specific. Provide as much context as possible about the problem you're facing or the feature you're asking about. Ask direct questions that focus on the task you want to complete, rather than broad topics. When possible, share specific examples.
    • Bad example: "How does voltage drop work?" (This one can be useful if you want to know about voltage drop in general, but doesn't provide specific direction.)
    • Good example: "ElectroBIM is automatically upsizing my wires based upon voltage drop. Is there a way to customize that behavior?"
  • Ask for clarification and offer feedback. Occasionally, the chatbot will provide information that is garbled or not relevant, or provide links to documentation that does not exist. Correcting the chatbot can help steer it in the right direction.
    • Examples:
"Those links you provided don't work. Do you have working links to pages talking about voltage drop options?"
(After asking about breaker curves) "Let me be more specific. Where do I go to set the breaker curve for a device?"
