View Switch Load

The View Switch Load command is used to calculate the total load and number of devices for a switch or switch group.

To view the load for a switch or switch group, go to
Ribbon: DM Electrical→Devices→  View Switch Load
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Switches→View Switch Load

You will be prompted to select a switch.

The Switch Load dialog box will display the total load on the selected switch. If the switch is in a switch group, the total load for the switch group will be displayed.

The number of light fixtures, receptacles, equipment, and low voltage devices connected to the switch will also be displayed. If the switch is in a switch group, the quantities for the switch group will be displayed.
