Connect Device to Switch Group

The Connect Device to Switch Group command is used to connect devices to a switch group. See the Switch Groups section for more information.

To connect one or more devices to a switch, go to
Ribbon: DM Electrical→Devices→  Connect Device to Switch Group
Pulldown Menu: DM Electrical→Switches→Connect Device to Switch Group

You will be prompted to select a switch.

Select switch:

You will then be prompted to select the devices you want to connect.

Select objects:

The devices will be added to the switch group associated with the switch you selected. A label indicating the switch group will be added to each device.
