Panel Schedule Blocks Are Mismatched

I'm working on an older project. When I update the panel schedules, the headers and/or footers are not aligned correctly with the rest of the schedule.

Cause

Our default panel schedule blocks have changed a few times over the years, most recently in 2018 with Design Master Electrical 8.5.

Old projects may have used different panel schedule blocks than the ones you currently have in your customization. As a result, when you update your panel schedules, they may update with a mix of old and new blocks.

Solution

You need to reset the definitions for the panel schedule blocks. To do that, follow the steps below.

  1. Delete all of the panel schedules on the drawing.

  2. Run the AutoCAD PURGE command and press the button.

Repeat this step as needed until the button is disabled, indicating that all valid items have been removed.

  3. Reinsert the panel schedules.

If the blocks are still misaligned, you may need to contact us so we can help you update your panel schedule blocks.
