Doubled (or Tripled) Loads in Panels

Why are my loads calculating at double (or triple) what they should?​

Cause​

Typically, this is the result of making copies of a drawing.

When a drawing is copied, copies of all of the devices are created as well. These new devices are connected to the same circuits as the original devices.

Solution​

If you want to keep the extra drawing(s), you need to either erase the devices or connect them to a different circuit.

If you do not need the extra drawing, use the Delete Drawing command. This will delete the drawing and remove any devices on the drawing from the database.

If you have already deleted or moved the drawing in Windows Explorer, but the devices from that drawing still exist in the database, you will receive warnings at the command line that the drawing cannot be found. Use the Delete Extra Devices from Database command to remove those devices from the database.
